Meet Rani: From Survivor to Sustainability Champion

"I never thought I’d lead anything, let alone a community group. But now, I help others find their voice." — Rani
Rani, 32, once struggled to feed her children after her husband passed away. Living in a drought-hit village in Bhavanipur, she had little education, no job, and no support system.
That changed when she joined our Women’s Sustainable Livelihood Project. With training in organic farming and micro-entrepreneurship, Rani not only revived her land but also started a co-op with 12 other women.
How We Made It Happen

Our local team worked hand-in-hand with women like Rani — offering training, mentorship, and seed funding. We partnered with local panchayats and mobilized women to form self-help groups. Every step was collaborative and community-led.
